I bought a new front door from Lensing about 5 months ago, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Our salesman, Tim, helped me find a door that met my needs and made sense for my small home without being overly expensive. Our installer, Mark, had decades of experience installing doors and windows. He and his assistant worked quickly and cleaned up as they went. I was shocked when Mark noticed the door slab wasn’t cut exactly right, so he called the Lensing shop and had them recut it—which I never expected they would do, but Lensing clearly has high standards for their work. Even if you’re like me and have a small house and a modest budget, I highly encourage you to stop by Lensing before going to the big box store! Their prices are competitive and Tim will help you find the right door for you. It’s been 5 months now, and our new front door and screen door both open and close smoothly and securely.

They installed an exterior door on our home. They are very professional and called before they came. Their sales people great to work with and the installers cleaned everything up after the install. I purchased 2 new Provia entry doors and 1 storm door from Lensing. The process start to finish was a seamless experience due to the knowledge and kindness of the salesmen and the expertise of the men who did the install. One of the guarantees I appreciated was Lensing's commitment from the start to cover the costs for unexpected issues that may arise when removing the old doors. They did have to make a trip to Lowes to replace the boards around one of the doors due how warped the old ones were. Their commitment to excellence was appreciated.

I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the work that Kenny & Tanner did while installing our new patios doors! They arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and their workmanship was excellent! We tried working with two other companies to replace these doors and they acted like they didn’t want to do the job or they were too busy. Lensing was top notch from the showroom salesman, to the gentleman who came out to measure the doors, to the installers. We will use them on any future projects we have. From the very start to the end, we were so pleased with everyone we worked with. Tim was our salesman and he was awesome, very patient with our decision making and helped so much. The installers were so great. It was raining that day but they took so much care keeping our new door dry and not tracking all over our entry.
